Refund Policy

We accept returns of any item that arrives at its destination with some
disfigurement, mold or other defect. All the pictures within the shop listing
are photos of our production. Those shown in promotional materials may
be created with the help of Artificial Intelligence. We can only accept orders
or returns, of objects that are not represented in our shop pages.

We cannot accept returns based upon scent alone. We include
all ingredients in our descriptions, so please be sure you check for sensitivities.

Any soaps or products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please inspect
all items upon receipt. We cannot be expected to be responsible for the
ways that the our products are stored.
